Meine Unfallthese stammt aus einer Ortsbesichtigung und einer Unfallrekonstruktion.<\/h3>\n

Mittels einer computergest\u00fctzten Unfallrekonstruktion konnte eine Geschwindigkeit des Porsche Macan von ungef\u00e4hr 80 km\/h ermittelt werden, damit es zur Drehung des Fahrzeuges um 180 Grad kam bis sich das Fahrzeug kraftlos im Bauzaun verfangen hatte.<\/p>\n

Meine Unfallthese und Unfallrekonstruktion waren noch vor der Kenntnis eines DashCam Videos. Aufgrund der sich zwischen der Verw\u00fcstung befindlichen Spuren wurde eine Unfallrekonstruktion erstellt. Diese deckt sich weitestgehend mit dem sp\u00e4teren DashCam Video.<\/p>\n

Aufgrund verschiedener Zeugenaussagen und des Fahrverhalten des Fahrzeuges konnte meinerseits ein epileptischer Anfall gegen\u00fcber einen Herzinfarkt in Erw\u00e4gung gezogen werden. Der Fahrer war physisch nicht in der Lage, das Fahrzeug zu steuern.<\/p>\n

Das es hier ein einmalig tragischer Verkehrsunfall war ergibt sich aus der Sache.
