Schadensgutachten, sondern ein unfallanalytisches Gutachten, somit ein verkehrsanalytisches Gutachten, welches den Unfallablauf rekonstruiert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ein solches unfallanalytisches Gutachten eines Unfallanalytiker ist n\u00f6tig, wenn z.B. Streit \u00fcber den Unfallhergang und somit \u00fcber das Verschulden nach einem Verkehrsunfall bestehen.<\/p>\n<p>Meist wird ein unfallanalytisches Gutachten erst erstellt, wenn die Rechtsstreitigkeit\u00a0schon vor Gericht ist und das Gericht ein solches unfallanalytisches Gutachten bei einem Unfallanalytiker beauftragt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wir empfehlen ein solches unfallanalytische Gutachten auch schon im Vorfeld selbst bei einem Unfallanalytiker zu beauftragen.
